The basic rate for a weekend (2 nights) with 2 adults is $250.  Please add $20 per day for each additional guest.

The rate for a short stay (3 nights) with 2 adults is $300.  Please add $15 per day for each additional guest.

The weekly rate (7 nights) with 2 adults is $575.  Please add $10 per day for each additional guest.

• Check-in at 3pm or as arranged
• Check-out at 12noon or as arranged
• 50% deposit required for reservation
• Deposit must be received within 14 days after reservation
• Refund available on cancellations made 14 days prior to arrival date
• Add 6% WV sales tax and 3% county hotel/motel tax to rates
• Pets outside only
• No smoking inside cottage
